Sarah Jacobson is a PhD candidate in Sociology at Temple University. Her research focuses on sustainable development initiatives in urban areas. Her current research is focused in Philadelphia. She lives in Reading, PA and is interested in exploring how sustainable approaches to development can help declining post-industrial cities.
