Graduate student from the Paris Institute for Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris), Loïc is currently working as an intern in Manila at Clean Air Asia, the world's premier air quality network. He is notably participating in the introduction of a new bike sharing system in Metro Manila in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank, working on a bikeability index for Asian cities and is developing a policy toolkit sustainable transport policies for USAID and GIZ. He is particularly interested in urban sustainability and green initiatives, as well as governance aspects that play as a lever or as an obstacle to making cities more liveable.
