evolveEA is a nimble multidisciplinary practice situated at the intersection of sustainability and the built environment. We help individuals, communities, and organizations take strategic action by positioning clients in a larger context of change, strengthening strategic positioning and enabling clients to demonstrate leadership. We look through three lenses of sustainability: People, Process, and Place.

Our work consists of sustainability consulting, architectural design, social engagement, and organizational strategy. We have managed numerous successful LEED certifications, neighborhood masterplans, living building challenge projects, and strategic alignment engagements. 

Our innovative team of designers, architects, and sustainable business experts has won multiple awards for our projects and green office culture. We believe that our team's success emerges from the interaction of our diverse backgrounds and from our collaborations with colleagues and communities.
