Allison McKenzie
Bio:
Allison has established herself as an authority on sustainable architecture in the Cincinnati community as well as the region. Through speaking engagements, teaching opportunities and interactions with clients, Allison has been able to pass her knowledge about the importance of sustainable design and how it can be utilized to a broad range of professional and community groups. In addition to helping guide SHP’s projects toward their sustainable goals through eco-charrette moderation and project support, Allison has served as a sustainability or LEED consultant for many companies such as Al. Neyer and CB Richard Ellis. Allison has also shown her leadership in sustainable design as a board member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Cincinnati Regional Chapter and the past Chair of the American Institute of Architect’s (AIA) Cincinnati Committee on the Environment (COTE).
