Doug is a LEED Accredited Professional, construction and business attorney licensed in both Louisiana and Washington. After obtaining admission to the Washington Bar, Doug became a partner at Wolfe Law Group and oversaw the opening of the Seattle office, which he managed into 2010. In April, 2009, he was admitted to practice in Louisiana. Doug currently serves as the Chairman of the Washington Young Lawyers Division’s (WYLD) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee and the Liaison to the Boards of the WSBA Construction Law Section and Solo & Small Practice Section. He was most recently named by the WSBA Board of Governors as a member on its own CLE Committee. Doug is a frequent speaker on the topics of construction law, green building and law practice management. He authors the syndicated construction law blog, The Builders Counsel.
