About Social Media Today
When I started this blog it didn’t even occur to me that anyone would want to read it. I just wanted a place to collect my thoughts and inspirations whether they be from the internet or my own observations here and abroad. It is my Inspiration Wall.
I never posted a link anywhere, never told anyone and for the longest time I thought I was the only one that knew it existed. And then links from other sites began to appear, emails and comments, people were twittering. Or is it tweeting. I’m still trying to wrap my head around this whole social networking thing. But now, by no real effort of my own, many people are reading and enjoying this blog. That’s pretty cool. Thanks for you positive feedback and I’m glad you enjoy it :-)
So now I will put my fears aside and attempt to embrace the social networking and get with the times. You can now follow me on Twitter and I am also one of the newest featured bloggers on Sustainable Cities Collective. The Collective is a site that gathers other like-minded bloggers advocating civic sustainability into one spot and features several posts daily on the main page.
